One of the features that I think can speed up navigation when surfing on Mozilla Firefox is the feature switchByScrolling which unfortunately is off by default.

With this feature, we can take advantage of scrolling on the mouse or trackpad to quickly switch between tabs, for you Firefox users, I think you really need to activate this feature, especially if you often open multiple tabs at the same time.

Okay, let’s go straight, here is a short summary of the steps on how to move tabs with mouse scrolling in Mozilla Firefox.

Step 1. First please open Firefox and then type about:config in the address bar.

Click Accept the Risk and Continue.

Step 2. Next, please enter the keyword “toolkit.tabbox.switchByScrolling” without quotes in the search field.

Next make sure you change from false Becomes True like in the picture above.

When finished, please restart your Firefox and now you can switch between tabs using scroll on your mouse or trackpad.

Please try guys, good luck, and what do you think about this feature? comment below yes.
