Apart from Microsoft releasing Windows 11 Insider Dev Build 25206Microsoft also released update KB5017384 for Windows Insider Beta Channel users, where with this update, the OS Build will change to 22621,601 and 22622,601.
Yep, as you can see, this update is still divided into two, where in Build 22621 new features include tabs in file explorer still not present by default and we have to activate it using ViveTool, whereas in Build 22622 it’s the other way around, where new features are already present by default.
Now in Build 22621,601 and 22622,601, there are a number of improvements that are presented, including one of them is fix on network icon the one that had the error yesterday, guys.
Apart from that there are other fixes which include:
- We fixed the issue where clicking the network icon on the Lock screen would not work and would crash the Lock screen.
- We updated the start date for daylight saving time in Chile. It will start on September 11, 2022 instead of on September 4, 2022.
- We reduced the power that the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol uses on some devices when they are in Sleep mode.
- We fixed an issue that affects Dual SIM calling. If you select no SIM on your phone and initiate a call on your device, Dual SIM functionality does not work.
So, for you Windows 11 Insider Beta users, just update your system through the page Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates, then please download Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (10.0.22622.601) (KB5017384).
