Discussing Bing Chat technology, which started in February 2023 and has started implementing the latest GPT-4 technology from OpenAI, it turns out there is some interesting news regarding this matter.
Why?, so it turns out that Microsoft seems to have been warned by its own partner, OpenAI, because Microsoft was too quick to implement GPT-4, which is currently still under development.

Reported from The Wall StreetJournal, Reportedly OpenAI expressed concern that Microsoft was moving too quickly to launch Bing Chat given the issue. Where GPT-4 technology needs to be developed more deeply. And while Microsoft has indeed invested a lot of money into OpenAI, it’s actually still possible to license ChatGPT-4 to other companies so they can develop their own AI products.
