End of last June 2023 Microsoft released Windows 11 Insider Dev Build 23493 in which they started introducing Windows Copilot, a Digital Assistants similar to Cortana but powered by AI from Bing Chat.
When it was released, unfortunately not all Windows Insider Dev Build 23493 users got this feature because Microsoft was still releasing it gradually for users, until finally this week they updated the page release note from Windows 11 Insider Dev Build 23493 and reveals that Windows Copilot is now available for all users.
"The Windows Copilot Preview is now available to all Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel. Insiders may need to reboot to have it show up."

Overall, Windows Copilot is quite okay for us to use, especially if you are someone who actively uses Bing Chat, because without having to open Microsoft Edge you can access the Chatbot directly from Windows 11.
