Cloud PC is one of the projects that Microsoft has been developing for a long time, where until now they are still carrying out the development process.

And for those of you who don’t know, Cloud PC itself is a new service from Microsoft that allows users to access the Windows Desktop Experience from any device relying on an internet connection. In addition, recently a new rumor revealed that Cloud PC will get support for third-party providers which makes it not limited to Microsoft 365 only.

This change will reportedly work similarly to the Xbox Cloud Gaming service. where later users can use this service to create Cloud PCs running Windows 10 or 11 and allow users to stream the OS to any device.

Apart from that Microsoft will also integrate the Cloud PC into the Host OS if the user is already running Windows 11 as shown in the following video.

In essence, later with the presence of a third-party provider, users will be able to access Virtual Machines that run elsewhere outside of Microsoft’s own cloud infrastructure.

But keep in mind that this news is still a rumor and the details themselves still seem very secretive, so it is possible that this rumor will change one day.
