A few days ago, the initial build of Windows 11 from fs_dev6_flt branch found on the Internet, where from the information circulating, the images shared appear to have been made in April and May 2021, a few months before the official release of Windows 11.

Immediately, if you are curious, here are a few screenshots from this Windows 11 Pre-Release.

As you can see in the image above, the information in the watermark still displays Windows 10 Pro Insider Build with Build number 21370, but the design presented is very similar to the current Windows 11, starting from taskbar which is in the middle position, the Settings page and the Start Menu, but some of the icons and parts of the OS still look like Windows 10.

And don’t forget that the watermark is listed Do not take screenshots of this build which further emphasizes that this is the initial build of Windows 11 when it is still in its early stages of development.

And in the picture above, it is part of the Out of box experience / OOBE which is revealed to be present in OS Buid 21370 fs_dev6_flt branch this, which is similar to what we see coming to Windows 11 today.

And the last image above, that is the latest image from the fs_dev6_flt branch which appears to have changed the label from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

Both images appear to be dated May 2021, which is a few months before Microsoft officially introduces Windows 11. Apart from that, there are several leaked build lists which include:

And it should also be noted that Build 21370 is the last known Build that still uses the name Windows 10 before finally Build 21376 was changed to Windows 11. So with that we can be sure that Windows 11 is indeed a continued development of Windows 10.
