Microsoft recently announced that they will be adding support for a number of Windows Subsystem for Linux 2 (WSL 2) Distros in Windows Server 2022, regarding this a number of tester already able to get update KB5014678 with which WSL 2 can already be used on Windows Server 2022.
Now if you happen to be a Windows Server 2022 user and happen to also want to try Windows Subsystem for Linux 2, you must update your system with update KB5014678 which you can now get via the Windows Update page, and if the update is complete, you can open Windows Powershell and enter the following command:
wsl --install
