In addition to having a chromium-based browser, Vivaldi apparently developed a mail client which is called Vivaldi Mail, and currently version 1.0 stable has been introduced along with a number of important features in it.
For your information, Vivaldi Mail has features like the usual Mail Client, where we can add multiple accounts simultaneously in this Mail Client, in addition, there are a number of other additional features such as support calendar and even feed readers.
Well if you’re curious, actually this Vivaldi Mail is e-mail client which is integrated within the Vivaldi browser itself, therefore there are features such as feed readers.

So in other words, if you want to use this mail client, you must download and install the latest Vivaldi Browser.
To add email, and celandar, you can go to the page Vivaldi Settings then at the bottom sidebar, there are Mail and Calendar options that you can adjust.
