Step 1. Enter Windows Recovery Environment (WINRE).

Step 2. Next go to Advanced Options > Command Prompt.
Step 3. After that, please enter the following command:
xcopy C:windowssystem32drivershidparse.sys C:windows\system32hidparse.sys
