If you are interested in activating and trying this feature, as usual you can use ViveTool then activate the feature using the command vivetool /enable /id:26008830.
Once activated, you can enter Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Taskbar behaviorsthen please activate the option “Optimize taskbar for touch interactions“.
