Previously we already knew How to Get Tabs Feature in File Explorer Windows 11 2022 Update which steps are quite easy for us to follow, in addition to the Tab feature in File Explorer, Windows 11 22H2 that we got on September 20, 2020 yesterday still has several other hidden features that Microsoft will most likely present by default in the Moment 1 Update in October 2022. , one of which is Taskbar Overflow.
Taskbar Overflow itself functions to display application icons on the taskbar in the dot icon on the taskbar if the Taskbar is full of applications that the user has open, for example as shown in the following image:
Now, because Windows 11 2022 Update (22H2) currently still brings Build 22621, this feature is not present by default, so when the application on the taskbar is full, it still looks quite messy.
But don’t worry, just like the Tab feature in File Explorer, you can activate this feature with the same method, and here WinPoin summarizes the short steps.
How to Enable Taskbar Overflow in Windows 11 2022 Update
Step 1. First make sure you are using Windows 11 Build 22621 or later (for Windows 11 Build 22622 users, this feature is present by default).
Step 2. Download ViveTool from the GitHub page following.
Step 3. Extract the file you just downloaded, then open Command Prompt as Administrator and go to the Path folder that you extracted just now.
If you don’t know how, please open Command Prompt as Administrator > Right click the ViveTool folder that you extracted (Copy as Path) > in Command Prompt please type “cd [paste hasil copy as path tadi]” The result should be like in the image above.
