Regarding Widgets, quoted from Windows Centralreportedly Microsoft is currently developing the ability to upgrade experience widget them, which will allow the user to do so later pinning Widgets go directly to the Windows 11 Desktop.
If this happens and is possible, then this will bring an experience similar to Windows Desktop Gadgets in Windows Vista and Windows 7, where we can modify the Desktop later by displaying a number of Widget components according to user needs.
