Last week, Microsoft released Windows 11 Insider Build 25158 for Windows Insider Dev Channel users, now in this update, there are quite a few improvements including one of them is Notifications badging for Widgets, where now the widget that we install and use will get a badge notification every time a notification comes in.
Even so, unfortunately with the added option new widget seems part weather reporting experience failure, where sometimes the weather report in weather widget change in a very short time span.
Regarding the tweet written by @XenoPanther,
Senior Product Manager of Microsoft, Brandon LeBlanc, confirmed that there was indeed a problem with this part, and that Microsoft was investigating.
In addition, Brandon also added that there may be a brief lag in reading the weather report when the system is resumed from sleep mode.
