This year, we may get a lot of news about cutting the number of employees from various companies, whether it’s big companies like Google and Microsoft, or other middle to lower general companies, whether in Indonesia or other countries.

Now in this regard, there is interesting news as reported from businnesinsider, because recently there was reportedly a poll result that was leaked to the public, in which Microsoft employees expressed concern about the current leadership within the company.

The poll results highlight declining employee sentiment for working at Microsoft, when asked whether operate in the company is a great idea, about 69% of respondents answered negative.

Meanwhile, based on further data, it was revealed that this result was reinforced by the latest news from the CEO that merit bonuses (or maybe we are usually known as performance allowances) this year will not be given.

So it can be said that currently there are quite a number of employees who are dissatisfied with this company, and this problem will certainly be a challenge for Microsoft to ensure employee satisfaction in the coming months.

But even so, in a follow-up poll regarding employees’ willingness to stay at Microsoft if offered a better opportunity elsewhere, less than half of respondents said they wanted to stay with Microsoft.

Have you worked at Microsoft? Comment below guys, and do you agree with this statement?
