Another change seems to be presented by Microsoft again in one of their services, where this time changes occur in the design of the Microsoft Activation Product, a web service that allows users to activate and perform troubleshoot on activation of Windows and Office products that users have previously purchased.

According to a source @XenoPanther via his Twitter account, when a user gains access to this page when contacting Microsoft via telephone support, the first screen that will appear is asking the user to select the product they want to activate, such as Windows or Microsoft Office.

Furthermore, if the user selects the Microsoft Office option, there will be another display including the selection of the operating system that the user is using and the version of Office that the user purchased.

This change itself was made so that users can more easily make choices about the products they have purchased, which of course is a good change even though this page is not needed by all users.

For those who don’t know, Microsoft Activations Product itself is a special page that will be given if a user contacts Microsoft by phone, where this page is usually given to users who have problems activating the product they have purchased, where activation will be carried out later using confirmationID what users get.

Now, this change itself is unfortunately not known when it was implemented, but according to sources, this change was implemented earlier this year.
