I think we no longer need to be excited about bugs in the Windows operating system, especially if it’s on the Insider channel which incidentally is still being tested.
Now about this, we recently found out that Microsoft has released Windows 11 Dev build 25174 which includes a number of improvements and fixes, one of which is that there is now a new Game Pass Widget present in the Windows 11 Widget.
But friends, did you know that there is a pretty interesting bug present in this build, where the Shutdown Dialog Menu Icon that users can access with ALT + F4 on the Desktop, has disappeared.
And in the second picture above, it can be seen that the desktop icon has disappeared, although in my opinion the display in the second picture is simpler, but maybe many users don’t like this change, especially if they have been familiar with the icon since the previous Windows era.
By the way, it turns out that the missing icon is because shutdownux.dll has disappeared from the folder group iconeither because it was intentionally removed, or maybe Microsoft did not delete it on purpose.
Now, please also note that apart from the disappearance of the icon, all functions and capabilities of the Shutdown Dialog are still working normally, so we don’t have to worry about it.
What do you think? comment below guys.
