Yesterday we already knew that Microsoft Releases Windows 11 Insider Dev Build 25188 where in the new build too There is a New Icon Animation on the Windows 11 Build 25188 Settings Page.

But besides the new animations, did you know that there is another hidden new feature that Microsoft is bringing in this build, where this feature is Live Kernel Dumps which is present in the Windows 11 Task Manager.

Regarding Live Kernel Dumps, for those who don’t know, usually when the system experiences a BSOD (Crash) / Blue Screen, the OS will automatically create kernel memory dump which will be useful for advanced user see and analyze what problems occur in their system.

Now the new Live Kernel Dumps that are presented in the Task Manager Windows 11 Build 25188 have more or less the same capabilities, it’s just that users don’t need to wait for the system to crash and reboot first to create and view dump files on the system.

As in the picture above, this new option will be present in Task Manager > Details > then on one of the processes, you can right click and there will be an option (Create live kernel dump file) there.

But again, this feature may not be for everyone, especially for now, even this feature is still an experimental feature, which is the same as the new animation on the Settings page, we need to activate this feature using ViveTool first.

To activate this feature, in ViVeTool which opens using Command Prompt, please enter the following command vivetool.exe /enable /id:40430431.

So what do you think about this feature? comment below guys.
