While support for Windows 11 21H2 will end in October 2023, this version of course currently still gets the same update support as version 22H2. And for the updates presented this week, Windows 11 22H2 will get the KB5028182 update, while Windows 11 22H2 will get the KB5028185 update.
Unfortunately, in Windows 11 21H2 via the KB5028182 update, the new build that was presented, namely 22000.2176, did not bring many changes apart from the improvements that have been presented in preview updates KB5027292 which was released on June 27, 2023 yesterday.
But for Windows 11 22H2, the KB5028185 update brings quite a lot of changes, apart from changing the Build to 22621.1992, there are a number of additional improvements that are presented, where these improvements include the presence notification badging for Microsoft Accounts in the Start Menu, there are improvements to Local file sharing in File Explorer with contacts from Microsoft Outlook, and a number of language support additions to the following in Live Captions.

Some of the changes that are present in the KB5028185 update itself have been introduced via Preview Update KB5027303 which was released on June 27, 2023 yesterday.
Basically cumulative updates This is a monthly update which is a refinement of preview updates which are released on the fourth week of each month, where these updates themselves usually focus more on important bug fixes and security improvements.
