Not yet Windows 11 22H2 or Windows 11 2022 Update has been officially released, recently a reference which leads to Windows 11 22H2 Build 22940 which is rumored to be a Moment Update.
Now this Moment Update itself is an update that is rumored to be released after the official release of Windows 11 22H2, and maybe the system will be similar to the release of the Windows 10 21H2 update on Windows 10 21H1.
Now in the Moment Update, it is likely that it will bring all the new features that are starting to be presented in Windows 11 Insider Beta Build 22622 which as we know, Windows 11 22H2 will bring its brother Build 22621 which has fewer new features.

Regarding this Reference, it is present in the Powershell $PSVersionTable as shown below, where it clearly shows OS versions Microsoft Windows 10.0.22940 which refers to the advanced version of Windows 11 22H2.
But of course this news is still just a rumor, because after all Windows 11 22H2 is still not officially released.
