It is no longer an open secret that Linux can be said to be faster than Windows OS, but there are interesting things about the two OSes recently, where Puget Systems make a comparison about who is the fastest, can Windows 11 beat Ubuntu and other distributions in terms of speed?
Testing by Puget System uses the following devices:
- Intel Core i9 12900K
- ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WiFi motherboard
- 2x 16GB DDR5-6000 memory
- 500GB WD_BLACK SN850 NVMe SSD
- Radeon RX 6800 XT GPU
Where unfortunately, based on the results benchmarksthe result is quite unfortunate because Windows 11 is still less fast compared to Ubuntu and other Linux distributions tested by Puget System.
With the results of this test, it can be seen that no matter how new the Windows OS made by Microsoft still cannot beat the speed of Linux in terms of performance, and even I think, if the Linux user is very familiar with the system, then the system can run more stable than Windows 10 and Windows 11.
What do you think? comment below guys.
