Elon Musk recently released a tweets where he said that they (Twitter) would delete accounts that had no activity for the last few years. This of course may be intended so that not many users are not active in their services.
This step from Twitter is actually not the first time, because last December Twitter deleted at least up to 1.5 billion inactive user accounts.
By removing a number of these inactive users, of course this will open up opportunities for new users or users who want to replace username those previously may have been taken over by another account that is sadly inactive.
So with this news, although there is no further confirmation regarding when this will start, it’s good if you are a Twitter user and rarely open your account, you can check it gradually, log in and at least do activities in it to avoid unwanted things.
