“The ability to show seconds in the clock on the system tray, first introduced with Build 25247should return after updating to Build 25300 if it has disappeared for you after updating to Build 25295 last week.Microsoft said on the Release Notes page for Windows 11 Insider Dev Build 25300.
As in the picture above, you just have to go to the Settings page > Personalization > Taskbar > Show second in the system tray clock to display that second.
