As Windows 11 users, we are no strangers to sections recommended which appears below Pinned Apps in the Start Menu, where Microsoft usually presents a number of content or applications that are recommended for us (in other words advertisements).

Now about that part, recently leaker @PhantomOfEarth on Twitter revealed that it appears Microsoft will rename the Recommended to ‘For you’, with the content displayed remaining the same.

As in the image you can see above, that’s a glimpse of the changes that appear to be present in Windows 11 Insider Dev Build 25295 by activating hidden features via ViveTool with the command:

vivetool /enable /id:42533185

At first glance, I think that this change actually makes Windows 11 look more like TikTok and Instagram, where ‘For you’ emphasizes what Microsoft recommends for us based on data. telemetry that Windows 11 systems ship.

The Recommended option is bad enough, but with ‘For you’ it’s even worse. But since this is still a rumor and we still have to get the changes via ViveTool, of course it’s possible that Microsoft won’t release these changes and hopefully not, but if they do, there might be a lot more feedback which reveals the bad pace of this change.

What do you think? comment below guys
