Some time ago, Microsoft released a new update for you Windows 11 22H2 (2022 Update) users who use Build 22621, where this update comes as out of band and optional updates which reportedly fixes the problem installation media Windows 11 22H2.
With this KB5019311 update, it will change the OS Build to 22621,525, and since this is out of band update, no security fixes are presented in this update.
If you’re curious, here is the changelog of this update, basically there are only two that Microsoft has listed, including:
- Addresses localization issues for some setup files. These issues might stop you from creating installation media for non-English languages.

This update will also not be present in Windows Update, but you can download it manually via the page Microsoft Update Catalog on page following.
Now one interesting thing, if you get error 0x800f0806 when trying to do this, in-place upgrade Windows 11, you may have to install this update to fix the problem.
