Like Microsoft’s monthly schedule, Microsoft will definitely release cumulative updates which is released on the second Tuesday of every month, that’s why this update is sometimes called Tuesday’s patch.

Well some time ago, Microsoft released the KB5017328 update as cumulative updates September 2022 for Windows 11 users, where with this update, the Build OS Windows 11 21H2 will change to 220000.978.

As usual, same as update cumulative last month, unfortunately not much was announced by Microsoft in this update, both regarding what fixes and improvements were shown.

But in the page officialMicrosoft said that in this update, improvements to Microsoft Accounts, as well as improvements to operating system security.

  • Addresses a known issue that affects Microsoft accounts (MSA). The web dialog that you use to sign in or sign out might not appear. This issue occurs on devices that have installed KB5016691.
  • Addresses security issues for your Windows operating system.

Go ahead, because we can’t reveal much in this update, for those of you who want to update your Windows 11, you can just go to the page Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates, then please download cumulative updates KB5017328.

Oh yes, for Windows 10 you get the same cumulative update this month, where the update that is presented is the KB5017308 update, where this update will make the OS build become 19042.2006, 19043.2006, and 19044.2006. (Not much has been announced by Microsoft on page official)
