With GPT-4 technology, Microsoft explained that businesses are now communicating with their customers better using their latest AI model, and this will be very important for a growing business.

Additionally, GPT-4 support is now in preview, and enterprises can sign up to take part of this preview on the Azure website until eventually Microsoft will start charging for this new GPT-4 feature starting April 1, 2023. .

In addition to the new features added to Bing Chat, a few days ago Microsoft announced Microsoft 365 Copilot which is currently being tested on a limited basis, where with this Microsoft 365 Copilot, users who work with Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and so on. Regarding AI, Microsoft is indeed increasingly aggressively implementing this technology in almost all of their services, in contrast to Google, which has yet to provide additional information from Bard.
