In both Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft presents an application that maybe not many users use, namely the Xbox Game bar, but did you know that this application is actually useful, especially if you like recording screens, especially the games you play.
Why? because besides this application already preinstalled, the performance of games when recorded also doesn’t experience a decrease in performance, it’s different when I try to use a separate application like OBS Studio.
Then how do you record the game screen with the Xbox Game bar? Well, here WinPoin summarizes the short steps.
Step 1. First, please open the game or application that you want to play, for example, here I am playing Project Zomboid.
Step 2. Next, please press the Win + G buttons simultaneously, then the Xbox Game bar option will appear as shown in the following image:
Well make sure there are options Capture there, if not there, please click the following icon:
Step 3. If section capture already exists, please click the icon record which one is like in the following picture:
And after that, games or applications will automatically be recorded until you press the button stop recording as in the following picture:
After that, the recording will be saved in the folder Videos > Capture, just make sure your local disk C has enough capacity to save the recording.
So how easy is it? maybe you already know this trick, if you haven’t, good luck trying it, and do you often use this feature? comment below guys.
