Some time ago Microsoft updated the page Windows Health Dashboard with details of a new bug that affects when users play games on Windows 11 22H2.

According to Microsoft, game recordings recorded using the Xbox Gam Bar may have audio synchronization issues, especially when users use the “Record last 30 second” feature, but interestingly this bug does not only affect the Xbox Game Bar, but also video recording applications that use library and FIRE the same may be affected by this bug.

Well because Microsoft considers that a bug audio sync in Windows 11 22H2 or Windows 11 2022 This update is quite serious, Microsoft has finally implemented it upgrade block for a number of devices.

Regarding this bug, although Microsoft has reportedly fixed this bug through an optional update KB5018496however because it is still an optional update, users who have not updated their system with update KB5018496, may not be able to get Windows 11 22H2 on their device.

So, if you haven’t gotten Windows 11 22H2, you can try updating your Windows 11 21H2 with an update KB5018496then try to check again for updates in Windows Updates.
