In the Roadmap page Microsoft 365Microsoft recently started developing a feature that quite a lot of users have requested, which this feature is related to Microsoft Teams and will allow users to choose busy option or busy which would be useful for diverting incoming calls when the user is on a call.
Well options busy actually already exists, it’s just not currently available for end users and it must be an Administrator from the Admin Center who manages it, but in the next month, besides the administrator, end users can also change these options as they like.
How about an interesting feature right? This will of course be very useful for those of you who are currently a Microsoft Teams user, but you also need to pay attention to friends, that reportedly this feature will be disabled by default, so users must activate it first.
