After some time Apple released the macOS Monterey 12.4 update to the Beta version, now Apple has officially released the macOS Monterey 12.4 Release Candidate (RC) update to developers.

This RC version is arguably the last beta version before Apple finally released a Public Release version to Mac and MacBook computer users around the world.

This macOS 12.4 update actually doesn’t change much when compared to macOS 12.3. Apple seems to only focus on bug fixes and system improvements.

One of them is Universal Control, which has now removed the “Beta” label in it. Apple considers Universal Control on macOS 12.4 and iPadOS 15.5 to be stable.

Apple also provides a bug fix for the Studio Display webcam with firmware version 15.5. However, the update will be released separately at a different time.
