For you Apple TV and HomePod users, Apple today officially released a software update for the two home devices. Namely tvOS 15.51 and HomePod software 15.5.1.
As a minor update, of course, there will be no new features added. Apple explained that this update only brings minor bug fixes.
HomePod software 15.5.1 brings a bug fix in the form of music that can suddenly turn off while playing. But there is no explanation whatsoever regarding the bug fixed in tvOS 15.5.1.
It could be because the HomePod software is based on tvOS. So if the HomePod software gets a fix then there’s a chance that tvOS will also get an update.
